Full Room Bookings - Kitty Kingdom
Full room bookings allow you to reserve the Kitty Kingdom exclusively for your group for a flat rate:
30 minutes Monday-Friday: $85+tax for up to 10 people
30 minutes Saturday-Sunday: $105+tax for up to 10 people
1 hour Monday-Friday: $165+tax for up to 16 people
1 hour Saturday-Sunday: $205+tax for up to 16 people
Outside food & drinks are not allowed in our cafe, but if you’re looking for goodies, snacks, or drinks to enjoy during your visit, we offer a great variety! Our most popular being the Classic mini dozen cupcakes from Crave ($23) or a half dozen Vegan Cupcakes from Canela ($28). We are now offering pizza from Fresh Slice as well if you are looking for something savoury! We can order any of their Classic or Feast pizzas in the XL size for you!
If you’d like to add any food orders from any of our vendors (Crave, Canela, Ollia, Pretty Sweet, or Fresh Slice) to your private booking, please contact us at reservations@regalcatcafe.com or (403)-455-2287 at least 1 week in advance.
Looking to add a little sparkle to your event? We’re partnering with Kate’s Face Paints to offer face painting for your special occasion! They will be donating $15 to MEOW Foundation for every hour they spend painting at your event! Face painting will commence after the kitty visit to keep the cats safe! ($115 + GST/ hour for 10 kids) Please make sure to send them an email (katesfacepaints@gmail.com) with potential party dates to confirm availability with her before booking them for your party.
If storytelling is your thing, we are partnered with LJ Harwood to offer special storytelling of her book “Orange Cat Grey Cat: Purrfect Opposites.” She will donate $10 to MEOW Foundation for each hour they spend storytelling and signing books at your party! The birthday child will also receive a copy of the book. Storytelling takes place inside the Kitty Kingdom and the author will offer personalized signings afterwards ($85 + GST/hour for 10 kids). Please be sure to send them an email (authorljharwood@gmail.com) with potential party dates to confirm availability before booking her for your party.
We are happy to host kids' parties, but please note that it is our policy that all children under 10 are supervised by adults (18+) in your group (1 adult per 3-4 kids), and adults are included in the number of people going into the Kitty Kingdom.
You are welcome to spend time in the cafe area before/after your reservation time as well, just keep in mind that for this option, the cafe space remains open to the public and we cannot reserve tables for you, though usually there are no issues finding a table or two!
Private Kitty Yoga Classes
We also offer other special private events like Kitty Yoga! Book a private session on our events page and contact us at reservations@regalcatcafe.com at least 14 days in advance so we can arrange your desired time with our lovely yoga instructor, Carolyn Cameron.
It is $150 for an exclusive 50 minute class with up to 8 guests and includes a small brewed coffee or tea for everyone!
Private yoga classes are available Wednesday-Friday evenings and anytime Saturday-Sunday. Guests must be 12+.
Full Cafe + Kitty Kingdom Bookings
Want the entire cafe and Kitty Kingdom all to yourself for your event? We are now offering the opportunity to book both our available spaces with the option to add on unlimited beverages for everybody in your group! Please book a Full Room Booking on our reservation page to book the Kitty Kingdom exclusively, then contact us with your information if you’d like this option. The Full Room Booking is paid upfront when you reserve and the remaining balance is paid when you arrive.
The cost for this option is as follows:
$375/hr 15mins on Weekdays
$437.50/hr 15mins on Weekends
Get unlimited beverages for your group for an additional $75!
All cupcakes, pizza, and other goodies listed in the Full Room Booking option above are of course available for Full Cafe + Kitty Kingdom Bookings as well!
We still require the number of people in the Kitty Kingdom to be limited to 16 at a time (including parents supervising children under 10), but we do have seating for up to 20 people in the cafe so that additional guests can sit and enjoy snacks or drinks!
All full room booking options require payment at reservation. 24 hours’ notice is required for a full refund and 12 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
